and Katrina Kaif always manage to come out strong. In what is being touted as a show of their strong bond Katrina performed in Dubai to some of her hit numbers with Salman. The actress disregarded medical advice
to not go on stage and performed to a packed house
Katrina performed despite her ill-health and disregarding doctor’s advice not to go up to the stage for three months. It may be recalled that Katrina had been hospitalised after being struck by jaundice prior to the release of De Dana Dan which forced her to take rest and miss the promotional events of the movie. She is still suffering from low haemoglobin.
Sources close to her say that she has been flooded with calls from the organizers to perform at the event. Katrina was rumoured to have been paid Rs. 80 lakhs for the night and so there was no question of a pull out. Katrina took centre-stage, do a mock jig, and waved out to the crowds. Well not a bad deal for Rs. 80 lakhs.
