Katrina Kaif has been looking for a new house for quite sometime now, and grapevine has it that the actress wants a flat at a distance from Salman’s residence. Sources reveal that for all this while, Kat has been searching for a house in a particular area in Bandra, that`s far away from Galaxy Apartments (Salman Khan`s residence) and is apparently closer to Ranbir Kapoor`s bungalow.
If sources are to be believed, Kat wants a sea-facing 4BHK flat for herself and she has chalked out a budget of Rs 10 crore for the same.
A property broker said, "She (Katrina) wants a big house and her budget is also good. It won`t be a problem for her to find a good house. The only thing is she has to settle on one."
The actress currently lives in a 3-BHK flat at Waterfield Road in Bandra, which was reportedly gifted to her by beau Salman. When asked about what’s making her look out for a new apartment, Kat said, “I have always wanted a sea-facing flat in Bandra. It`s been one of my dreams to own a flat overlooking the sea. Also I want something a bit more secluded and private.”
