Katrina Kaif is quickly recovering from jaundice, which had her bed-ridden recently. The actress is gearing up for an appearance in Dubai later this week. She was to perform to her latest hits from Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and De Dana Dan. But now, she will only be making an appearance at the event.
Kat was rushed to the hospital last Tuesday and was diagnosed with low haemoglobin is now rehearsing for the show. Doctors advised Kat complete bed rest for a week. She even missed out on the promotions of her film De Dana Dan, which released last week. Now after seven days of rest, she seems to have regained her strength and will make her first public appearance later this week for a function in Dubai.
Home for the hols
Later this month, Kat will join her family in United Kingdom for the Christmas and New Year holidays. The actress apparently doesn't have any new films starting till May next year so she can take it easy.
Katrina says, "They have asked me to make an appearance instead of a performance now. It will take a few more weeks to get back to be normal though. So, am just taking it easy for now."
