These are the women who look good in any outfit as their symmetrical arms enhance the sleek look greatly.
But what does one have to do to get such perfectly toned arms?
Well, we do have some tips from a few gym experts for you. The first one is called the Dumbbell Curls on Ball.
In this exercise take two Dumbbells of light weight and sit on a Swiss ball. Keep feet flat on the floor. Keep both hands downwards. Now slowly raise one arm so as to touch the shoulder with the Dumbbell. Slowly take it down to position one. Start raising the other arm before the first one has come down. Repeat with alternatearms and after a few turns repeat with lighter Dumbbells.
This is one way of getting those enviable arms and if this is too much of a bother, then you have to make do by looking at the bolly beauties and simply wishing to god that if wishes were horses just maybe you could get such toned arms.
In the meantime it is time for all Miss perfectionists in bollywood to show it like never before, and no one is complaining!
